Queen Of Tears Episodes 11-12 Recap;-
Following last week’s pivotal press conference, Hae-in collapses and is rushed to the hospital. The distraught Hongs and Baeks hurry to Seoul, with Mommy Hong particularly devastated by her previous mistreatment and dismissal of Hae-in. Thankfully, Hae-in regains consciousness the next morning, finally able to express her love to her husband face to face. She also apologizes sincerely to Hyun-woo for not treating him better and for leaving him alone with her family. The specificity of her apology resonates deeply with me. I appreciate that the drama revisited this aspect instead of glossing over it.
After Hae-in collapses and is rushed to the hospital, Hyun-woo tells her he'll give up on himself if she dies, refusing to accept the possibility. Hae-in and Mommy Hong have a tearful reconciliation. BaekHong spend time together in the hospital, making others jealous with their strong bond. Eun-seong, feeling jealous, confronts Hae-in about their past, but she firmly shuts him down. Eun-seong then tries to pick a fight with Hyun-woo but gets punched instead. Hyun-woo asserts his commitment to Hae-in and tells Eun-seong to leave them alone.
When "Hyun-woo" appeared, something felt off. His expression and body language seemed different, and it all made sense when it turned out to be Eun-seong. Kim Soo-hyun's acting was spot-on! Poor Eun-seong, though. Hae-in mistook him for her husband, which crushed his delusions.

They argue, with Eun-seong feeling accustomed to being used, even by his own mother. Ms. Girlfriend defends herself, revealing shocking details about her past actions, including arranging accidents that killed abusive people in Eun-seong's life.
This revelation leaves Eun-seong stunned and fearful of his mother. Ms. Girlfriend's villainous actions make her the ultimate antagonist in the story, and there are suspicions about her involvement in past tragedies, including one that affected Hae-in's family.
In Yongdu-ri, Hyun-tae boasts subtly about his wife overlooking his faults, thanks to Mummy Baek treating her daughters-in-law well. Soo-cheol feels down when comparing his own wife to Hyun-tae's. He refuses to let Da-hye and Geon-woo leave him again. Despite Da-hye being older, Soo-cheol silences her with a hug, showing forgiveness and determination to keep his family together. While still hurt by Da-hye's past actions, Soo-cheol appreciates her repentance and efforts to make amends.
As the week ends, the Hongs suspect the panic room in Queensville holds Grandpa’s funds, but Soo-cheol accidentally revealed its existence to Eun-seong earlier. Surprisingly, Grandpa isn’t really suffering from dementia; he’s been faking it. Ms. Girlfriend learns the truth too late. Grandpa records something and then commits suicide, leaving the family devastated but ultimately nullifying Ms. Girlfriend’s power of attorney.
Hyun-woo and the Hongs take Grandpa’s ashes around Queensville, discovering the hidden entrance to the panic room in Grandpa’s private elevator. They open it to find out what’s inside, hoping Eun-seong hasn’t already emptied it.
In the epilogues, Hyun-woo shows he doesn’t care about online criticism but defends Hae-in fiercely. He also reveals he saved Hae-in from drowning in the past. It’s clear they’re perfect for each other, and Eun-seong can go away bitter.
